1. The service
WavoSMS is an online CRM to manage your audience, calls, follow-ups and team. Features depend on your plan, as shown on the pricing page. We may improve or change features over time; if we remove something important from a paid plan, we will tell you in advance.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract for your business.
- Give correct details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account and your team members' logins.
- The person who signs up is the account owner and controls the team, data and billing.
3. Plans, trial and payment
- Paid plans may start with a free trial. When it ends you can pay to continue; if you don't, the account is paused but your data is kept as described below.
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and are shown before you pay. Taxes such as GST are added where applicable.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. A plan runs for the period you paid for and is not renewed automatically unless you pay again.
- We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice. Refunds are covered in our Refund & cancellation policy.
4. Your data
You own the data you put into WavoSMS. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service to you. You can export it at any time. You are responsible for having the right to collect and use your customers' details (for example, their consent to be contacted) under applicable law, including the DPDP Act, 2023 and TRAI rules on calls and messages.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use WavoSMS to: send spam or messages people have not agreed to receive; store unlawful, fraudulent or infringing content; try to break, overload or get around the security or limits of the service; access another business's data; or resell the service without our written permission. We may suspend accounts that break these rules, and will tell you why where the law allows.
6. Availability and support
We work to keep WavoSMS available every day, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or reasons beyond our control. Support is provided by email and WhatsApp during Indian business hours.
7. Cancelling and closing your account
You can stop using WavoSMS at any time. Paused or closed accounts keep their data for 90 days so you can come back or export it; after that we may delete it permanently. Ask us at hello@wavosms.com to delete your data sooner.
8. Our liability
The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, Wavosms is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost business, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for important changes, email account owners before they take effect. Continuing to use the service means you accept the updated terms.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. We will first try to resolve any dispute by talking to you; if that fails, the courts at our registered office will have jurisdiction.
